Currently, the author is one of the professors at the Indonesia University of Education (UPI) in the field of Educational Management Science at the Faculty of Economics and Business Education (FPEB). The author obtained a Bachelor of Education degree from the Indonesia University of Education (1984), a Master of Education degree (M.Pd) from the Indonesia University of Education (1989), and a Doctorate from the Nusantara Islamic University (2016). The author is a lecturer at the Indonesia University of Education, teaching courses such as archival Management, introduction to Macroeconomics, operations management, introduction to Management, and several other courses. Currently, the author is pursuing a doctoral degree in economic education at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) with an LPDP scholarship and He is a practitioner lecturer at the Praktisi Mengajar. He is an Online Tutor at Universitas Terbuka. He has leadership experience in one of Indonesia's startup companies with a position as Branch Manager.
